Naveed Haider is Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Clinical Neuroscience, University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences and Psychiatrist at MeritCare Clinic in Fargo, North Dakota. Dr. Haider is a medical doctor with advanced training and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health and emotional disorders. Conditions often treated include anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, alcoholism and substance abuse, personality disorders and schizophrenia. Dr. Haider received his medical degree from Khyber Medical College in Peshawar, Pakistan. He completed a residency in psychiatry through the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Dr. Haider joined MeritCare in 1999. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
