| Dr. O'Neill received his Ph.D. in clinical
psychology form Georgia State University, Atlanta, in 1974 and completed
his internship at Temple University in Philadelphia. In addition to his
faculty appointment as an Associate Professor, Dr. O'Neill is Director
of the Phobia and Anxiety Clinic of Knowlton, O'Neill & Associates and Clinical
Director of Mental Health Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. His publications
cover diverse topics from litter control to teaching technology to compulsive
checking. He has published two books, Behavioral Principles in Medical
Rehabilitation and Law & Mental Health Professionals:
North Dakota. Active in the North Dakota Psychological Association as
well as the American Psychological Association, he has served as APA Federal
Advocacy Coordinator for North Dakota for the past 8 years. In 1995 he
was presented with the Karl F. Heiser Award for advocacy on behalf of psychology
by the American Psychological Association. |
